We aim to merge a first PR in week one. 4. **Every week**: A written update with the merged PRs and what comes next. A freelancer usually delivers a project defined up front. As an FDE, our lead engineer works inside your team on whatever matters most right now, joins your stand-ups and ships every week. ### Why 4 weeks minimum? It takes one to two weeks to really learn your codebase and your team. Below four weeks, you'd mostly be paying for that ramp-up. ### Can we go above 3 days a week? No. Three days a week is our maximum per client, so every engagement gets the same quality of work. ### Do you work on site? Remote by default.
