This page explains what data Klyx collects, why, and how to exercise your rights. The data controller is Maxime Mansiet, sole trader (Klyx), reachable at contact@klyx.fr.

## Contact form

When you fill in the form, we receive your name, email, company, need, budget and message. This data is used only to reply to you. Messages are sent through Resend, which processes emails on our behalf.

## Booking a call

Call booking runs on Cal.com, which receives what you enter (name, email, time slot). Cal.com's privacy policy applies to that service.

## Analytics and cookies

This site uses no analytics tool and no advertising cookies.

## Hosting and transfers

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States), which participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Resend and Cal.com are also US providers. Transfers of data to the United States rely, depending on the provider, on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

## Business prospecting by email

We sometimes email companies to introduce our services. These messages go to professionals, at their work address, and relate to an offer connected to their line of work.

Legal basis: Klyx's legitimate interest in making its services known (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Between businesses, the CNIL (the French data protection authority) allows these emails without prior consent, provided the message relates to the recipient's job and they can easily object to further emails.

Contact details come from public professional sources, such as the company's website or LinkedIn.

We keep this data for at most 3 years after your last contact.

To stop receiving emails, reply to the email and say so, or write to contact@klyx.fr. Your address then goes on a suppression list and we won't contact you again.

## Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing or request its portability by writing to contact@klyx.fr. We reply within one month. If you believe your rights aren't respected, you can complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
