What flows through them and where it is hosted are agreed with you before the first commit. - Data: Site content, visitor requests, contacts in the client's CRM - Tools: Your repo or the client's, your project management, your chat channel - Hosting: Accounts in the client's or the agency's name, agreed with you - GDPR: Data listed before the build, notices and retention periods supplied for the client's records ## White label, in black and white. White-label rules are set in writing with you before the first brief. Here is what we suggest putting in them. - A non-disclosure agreement before the brief, if you want one. - Your brand on what we deliver: we agree with you on what may mention our name, and what does not. - The client relationship stays yours. Direct exchanges with your client are decided with you. - The code in your repo or the client's, as agreed with you. - A written handover at every delivery, so another developer can take over. - Our public prices are the basis for your quote. For regular volume, we discuss it on the call. ## How we plug into your delivery. 1. **Brief**: You send us the brief, or we scope it together. We give you a written scope and price before you quote your client. 2. **Build**: We work in your tools where we can: your repo, your project management. A regular progress update, at a pace agreed with you. 3. **Sign-off**: Your team tests and approves before the client sees anything. 4. **Delivery**: Go-live, documentation and written handover, so your team can take over. ## What you can check before you sign. How we are introduced is decided with you and written down before the project starts. Otherwise we stay behind the scenes and you carry the relationship with your client alone. These rules sit in the same document as the scope and the price. ### Who maintains the project after delivery? Your team, with the written handover and the code in the repo. Follow-up by us, which you bill on, is discussed project by project. If we stop working together, the documentation lets another Next.js developer take the project over without depending on us. ### How many projects can you take on at once? Not many, and we say so before you sign. As an FDE, we take two clients at most at the same time. For an AI Sprint or a site, the quote gives a start date.
