Hop Hop Immo tracks new-build programmes across south-west France, from Bordeaux to Toulouse, with their full price history. We designed Hoppy, the site's AI assistant, which answers visitors' questions about those programmes.
Context
On the site, you look for a new home the way you would on a property portal: a town, a département on the map, or an area you draw yourself. Hoppy adds another way in: describe what you are looking for in your own words, out loud or in writing.
What we built
The Hoppy assistant, from design to production.
What visitors see
- On the home page, next to the regular search, a "Rechercher avec Hoppy" (search with Hoppy) button.
- The button opens the assistant page: the map on one side, Hoppy on the other, and a "Critères de recherche" (search criteria) panel to fill in by talking.
- Visitors choose to talk to Hoppy or to write to it.
- Before voice mode, a window explains that the voice is processed by ElevenLabs, a provider based in the United States, and that recordings are not kept after processing. Visitors can accept or decline.
Stack
The live site runs on Next.js. Hoppy's voice goes through ElevenLabs, as the site tells its visitors. The map shows OpenStreetMap data.
