Sample white-label delivery: the agency's design built in Next.js, signed off by its team, then put live on the client's domain. Names and values are fictional.

01The problem

The brief arrives, the team isn't there.

White-label AI subcontracting lets an agency sell an agent, an automation or a Next.js site without hiring. Agency clients increasingly ask for a chatbot, request sorting or a site ChatGPT can read. Hiring for two projects is expensive, and shipping a flaky agent under your own name costs even more. Your agency keeps the client, the relationship and the margin. We deliver the technical part inside your process.

02Workflows

What we deliver for your agency's clients.

Three common requests from agency clients, described step by step. These are typical examples, not client projects.

  • 01 / Assistant on the client's site

    1. Visitor question
    2. Answer from their content
    3. Handover to the clienthuman approval
    4. Request passed on

An assistant that answers from the client's pages and documents, and passes the request to their team when it doesn't know.

  • 02 / Sorting incoming requests

    1. Form or email
    2. Request classified
    3. Client approvalhuman approval
    4. CRM updated

Requests from the form and the inbox are classified, summarised and created in the client's CRM, with their team approving.

  • 03 / AI-ready Next.js site

    1. Agency design
    2. Next.js build
    3. Agency sign-offhuman approval
    4. Go live

Your design built in Next.js, with structured data and llms.txt for AI engines. Your team signs it off before it goes live.

03Data

Your clients' data.

We work on your clients' accounts and data, not ours. What flows through them and where it is hosted are agreed with you before the first commit.

Data
Site content, visitor requests, contacts in the client's CRM
Tools
Your repo or the client's, your project management, your chat channel
Hosting
Accounts in the client's or the agency's name, agreed with you
GDPR
Data listed before the build, notices and retention periods supplied for the client's records

04White label

White label, in black and white.

White-label rules are set in writing with you before the first brief. Here is what we suggest putting in them.

01A non-disclosure agreement before the brief, if you want one.
02Your brand on what we deliver: we agree with you on what may mention our name, and what does not.
03The client relationship stays yours. Direct exchanges with your client are decided with you.
04The code in your repo or the client's, as agreed with you.
05A written handover at every delivery, so another developer can take over.
06Our public prices are the basis for your quote. For regular volume, we discuss it on the call.

05Method

How we plug into your delivery.

  1. 01

    Brief

You send us the brief, or we scope it together. We give you a written scope and price before you quote your client.

  2. 02

    Build

We work in your tools where we can: your repo, your project management. A regular progress update, at a pace agreed with you.

  3. 03

    Sign-off

Your team tests and approves before the client sees anything.

  4. 04

    Delivery

Go-live, documentation and written handover, so your team can take over.

Questions about subcontracting.

Book a call
Can you join meetings with our client?

If you want, we can join meetings. How we are introduced is decided with you and written down before the project starts. Otherwise we stay behind the scenes and you carry the relationship with your client alone. These rules sit in the same document as the scope and the price.

Who maintains the project after delivery?

Your team, with the written handover and the code in the repo. Follow-up by us, which you bill on, is discussed project by project. If we stop working together, the documentation lets another Next.js developer take the project over without depending on us.

How many projects can you take on at once?

Not many, and we say so before you sign. As an FDE, we take two clients at most at the same time. For an AI Sprint or a site, the quote gives a start date. If we can't meet your timeline, we tell you straight away rather than take the project and deliver it late.

An AI brief nobody on your team can deliver?

Book a 20-minute call. We read the brief with you and tell you what we can deliver, how fast and at what price.
